By using Ziggy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Ziggy is a baby-tracking tool for personal use. It provides logging, summaries and predictive insights. It is not medical advice.Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your baby's health.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Keep your login secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to use paid features.
Payments
Premium is billed as a subscription (via the web or the App Store / Google Play). Subscriptions renew until cancelled; manage or cancel from your app store or account settings. Web payments are processed by our payment provider.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it unlawfully.
Availability & liability
We work to keep Ziggy reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
