Delete your ZiggyBB account
From the app
- Open ZiggyBB and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you can't sign in, email support@ziggybb.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, sign-in details, sessions and connected Google or Apple sign-in.
- Your personal settings, reminders and notification tokens.
- Your subscription record with us.
- If you are the only member of your family: your baby profiles and everything logged for them (sleep, feeds, nappies, growth, milestones and photos), your family settings and any pending invites.
What is kept
- If another parent is still in your family, you are removed from it but the shared baby profiles and history stay, because they belong to that parent too. They can delete their own account to remove it.
- Crash reports in our self-hosted error tracker, which never contain your name or email address.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a ZiggyBB Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings first, so you are not billed again.
